We will purchase your new & used DVDs and video games! Simply email us a list of your titles and we will respond with a quote. We do not purchase or sell adult (x-rated) product.

We do not accept C.O.D. (cash on delivery) shipments. All product received will be checked for condition, quantity and format. A check will be mailed to you within 3-4 working days of the receipt of goods.

DVD Condition Requirements:

• No rips, tears or excessive wear of artwork (worn plastic cases are OK). No writing on the artwork.
• The playing side of the disc must be free of stickers, magic marker impressions and deep scratches (light surface scratches are OK).
• No cracks in the hub or anywhere else on the disc surface.
• Case must include chapter insert (if it originally had one). Box sets must include the original box and any inserts.
• We do not accept cases with notches or remainder marks.
• Limit of 4 copies of the same title.

DVD Format Requirements:

• We only accept DVDs in the Region 1 format (common to North America) or Region free/all.
• We cannot buy Promos or Screeners.
• We cannot buy those 'free' DVDs you received with your player unless they have a valid UPC identification (barcode).
• We do not accept Asian imports or any other bootleg material.

Video Game Requirements:

• Any related accessories must be included (such as special controllers etc).
• Any special packaging must be included (such as Gameboy cartridge holders etc).
• No rips, tears or excessive wear of artwork. Writing on the artwork is acceptable providing it is small and reasonably inconspicuous.
• Light scratches on discs are OK. Deep scratches or anything else that affects the performance of the software will be cause for rejection.

VideoMovie.com does not pay for shipping on quantities of less than 20 items and it is the seller's responsibility to ensure that the product is packed properly. For less than 20 items, we recommend you use the Post Office's Media Mail service with a delivery confirmation tag on the box. This service is a little slow, however it is by far the cheapest shipping method. If you send us an item that we cannot buy, we will email you right away and you can advise us to either return it or we can dispose of it for you. We reserve the right to refuse any product at our discretion.
